Sheffield University-led research group promoting effective technology implementation within and across organisations. Using socio-technical and work design principles, a toolkit set within a six-stage process helps organisations to responsibly prepare and evaluate the people aspects of digital change; designing people into more meaningful work alongside technology, facilitating engagement, understanding and retention.
