TextureJet's innovative technology is globally patented and utilises a highly localised variant of electrochemical machining, known as electrochemical jet machining.
This attractive alternative to existing technologies results in much higher levels of dimensional control when machining Edge Breaks / Deburrs. The process is flexible, easily automated, scalable and cost-effective, making it an excellent choice for all high value manufacturing industries.
The process can also be used for polishing, roughening and patterning of surfaces for bond preparation, QR code / part marking, coating removal and post processing AM printed components to name but a few.
The technology recycles a pH neutral electrolyte and does not generate any dust or harmful substances, so can eliminate the need for dangerous chemicals, extraction and PPE.
