MCS Software revamps its Workshop Mobile solution for engineers on the move
MCS, the equipment software specialist, will be highlighting its new and improved Workshop Mobile solution for workshop engineers on the road at Maintec 2019. Equipping mobile fitters with everything needed to complete a job quickly and efficiently helping to improve customer service, increase asset utilisation and maintain a competitive advantage.
Providing workers with the information they need whilst out on site, ensures equipment is fixed with minimal disruption to customers. Mobile engineers will also be more productive and be able to carry out jobs more efficiently, leading to better repair response times and providing a professional, quality service.

Engineers can also obtain electronic signatures for work carried out on site, which are automatically filed against the correct customer contract, reducing the paper trail and removing lengthy processes of getting signed for paperwork back into the management system manually.

With MCS Workshop Mobile, engineers can feed information and documentation instantly back into the system from wherever they are.
