Having worked in Manufacturing and Engineering for nearly twenty years my role is to ensure young people are making informed choices about their future careers. Raising awareness about the varied and rewarding careers available in the Manufacturing sector. Ensuring young people understand the apprenticeship opportunities available in this sector and breadth of company's recruiting. My passion is increasing diversity in manufacturing and ensuring young people have relatable role models to aspire to.
