Gary boasts an extensive 38 year-career in the Maintenance and Reliability field. Beginning as an apprentice maintenance technician with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) UK, this was then followed with time in NZ and Australia. In 2018, Gary started his own company Pro-Reliability Solutions, and they now have offices in the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. Pro-Reliability Solutions have also partnered with ATS Automation Services and together offer Reliability services to a large manufacturing customer base.
