John joined QAD Redzone in 2021 as Solutions Director for EMEA, where he helps manufacturers bring their digital production system to life through creating a visual factory which engages frontline teams and unlocks hidden potential, enabling transformational productivity improvement. Prior to joining Redzone, John spent his career in manufacturing operations and business improvement roles, supporting multi-site deployment of continuous excellence programs for companies including Nestle, Intersnack Group GmbH and Greencore. John graduated from the University of Leeds in 1994 with a degree in Engineering.
