Justin Cross
Justin Cross is Director of Innovation Practice at Digital Catapult, with a strong background in business transformation, innovation consultancy and startup collaborations, Justin brings a wealth of creative talent and experience to the role. Before beginning his career in innovation Justin held a number of senior positions across the creative industries in a career spanning music, advertising, and entertainment. Launching and becoming Managing Director for WPP's first UK innovation agency, BLINK, afforded him the opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate innovation, startups and emerging technologies. After four years of designing and delivering global innovation programmes for the likes of Mars Inc, Warner Music and GSK he moved to a business development position for a founder community startup, F6S. In his role as Director of Innovation Practice for Digital Catapult, Justin oversees a team which specialises in understanding the true value of innovation for clients, providing the business case to design and deliver interventions which help businesses adapt and grow in' a continuously changing technology landscape.
