For the past 4 years, I've dedicated my work towards understanding the adoption challenges and implications of emerging technology, especially AI and robotics, in order to develop innovative strategies to improve the implementation of such technology into organizations and society.
My background in business and law motivated me to look at technology through the lens of both practitioners and socio-ethics with the aim to maximize technological benefits whilst ensuring sustainable and responsible technology adoption. I've led various industry and academic research workstreams; these works include market analysis, case studies for best practices, and technology adoption such as smart buildings, affective computing, and AI-enabled robotics. Driving emerging technologies adoption to enhance and better support people and businesses is my passion.
