A carbon neutral event: With the UK’s commitment to reach net zero emissions by 2050 the importance of sustainability for the industry is higher than ever before. M&E Week will be contributing by running a carbon neutral event on the 8-9 June. Total emissions of 136.8 tons of CO2 have been estimated during the running of the event and to offset this, the team have organised the planting of 5472 trees in a dedicated M&E forest.
